The film was announced in December 2020 with principal photography beginning in January 2021 near Godavarikhani, Telangana. Music directed by Ravi Basrur, Cinematography by Bhuvan Gowda.It was released in theaters worldwide on 22 December 2023. [2] It received generally positive reviews from critics and emerged as the highest-grossing Telugu film of 2023, the third-highest-grossing Telugu film of all time, the fourth-highest-grossing Indian film of 2023, and the 11th-highest-grossing Indian film of all time.
